Companion Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Companion Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a Companion on the Crown Prince Gaming Platform, in addition to — not instead of — the general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the two specifically about Companion activity, this Agreement controls.

2. Relationship of the Parties

[This section requires real legal drafting before publication.] As currently intended, Companions operate as independent providers of coaching and co-play services, not as employees, agents, or partners of Crown Prince Gaming. You set your own hourly rate and choose which bookings to accept.

Whether that classification is legally accurate — and what obligations follow from it (tax withholding, benefits, worker-classification tests, minimum-wage rules, etc.) — depends heavily on the jurisdiction(s) where Companions are located and must be confirmed by counsel before this Agreement is treated as final.

3. Becoming a Companion

To become a Companion you must submit an application with accurate identity information, nationality, languages, and game rank proof, and pay a one-time verification fee processed through Stripe. Applications are reviewed by our team; approval is at our discretion.

On approval, your account role changes to Companion, a public Companion profile is created for you, and you are linked to the games you applied for. You are responsible for keeping your profile — bio, avatar, rates, and specialties — accurate and up to date.

4. Your Tier and Commission Rate

Every Companion has a tier — Regular, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Crown — that determines your share of each booking:

• Regular: you keep 75% of the session price
• Gold: you keep 78%
• Platinum: you keep 81%
• Diamond: you keep 84%
• Crown: you keep 87%

5. How Tier Changes Work

Tier assignment and changes are currently made by Crown Prince Gaming administrators; there is no self-service upgrade request in the product today. The commission rate for a given booking is fixed at the moment the Customer pays — it is based on your tier at that time and does not change retroactively if your tier changes afterward, including for that same booking.

6. Getting Paid

To receive payouts, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and keep your Connect account in good standing. Until onboarding is complete, your earnings from completed sessions accumulate but are not paid out.

A session's payout is only released after both you and the Customer confirm the session was completed, and only once the scheduled session length has actually elapsed. If your Connect account was not ready when a session completed, you can release any accumulated payouts from your dashboard once onboarding is finished.

7. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

If a Customer's payment for one of your sessions is refunded — in full or in part, whether through our support review process or a Stripe dispute — your earnings for that booking are reduced in proportion to the amount refunded. If you have already been paid out for that booking, the corresponding amount may be reversed from a future payout.

If a completed booking is disputed and the dispute is later resolved in your favor, the withheld amount is restored.

8. Conduct Standards

As a Companion, you agree to:

• Provide the game, rank, and specialties you were verified and listed for
• Show up for confirmed bookings at the agreed time, or communicate promptly if you cannot
• Treat Customers professionally and follow the same conduct rules that apply to all users under the Terms of Service
• Never ask a Customer to pay you outside the Platform to avoid the service fee
• Keep any personal information a Customer shares with you during a session confidential, and not use it for any purpose outside that session

9. Suspension and Termination

We may deactivate your Companion listing, withhold pending payouts pending investigation, or terminate your Companion status for violating this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or following a substantiated safety report — using the same account-suspension mechanism described in the Terms of Service.

You may stop accepting bookings and deactivate your own listing at any time from your dashboard. Deactivating your listing does not cancel bookings a Customer has already paid for; existing confirmed sessions should still be honored or handled through the order-support process.

10. Use of Your Profile and Content

You grant Crown Prince Gaming a license to display the name, bio, avatar, voice sample, and other profile content you provide, on the Platform, for the purpose of presenting your Companion listing to Customers. You retain ownership of that content and can request its removal by deactivating your account.

11. Taxes

[Counsel to confirm.] As currently intended, Companions are responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on their earnings, and Crown Prince Gaming does not withhold taxes from payouts. Tax reporting obligations (for example, issuing tax forms above a threshold) vary by jurisdiction and must be confirmed before this Agreement is finalized.

12. No Guarantee of Bookings

Crown Prince Gaming does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings, earnings, or search-result placement, beyond what our published discovery ranking (tier, availability, and reputation signals) naturally produces.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make a material change — including to commission rates — we will provide notice before it takes effect for new bookings.
